Some forms ask a few extra questions relevant to that specific request. Beyond that, this site does not collect anything automatically beyond standard server logs that any website generates.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about buying or selling real estate. We do not sell your information to third parties.

This policy is published because California's Online Privacy Protection Act requires any commercial website that collects personal information from California residents to post one, regardless of the size of the business. It does not mean broader California privacy law (CCPA/CPRA) applies to this business specifically.
